How will you know where to put my things?
Our staff will perform a walk through with you. They will discuss with you the manner in which your belongings will be organized and any special requests you may have. 

How will I be able to find anything in my kitchen?
Our staff is trained to organize in a logical manner; much like you would if you had the time to do it yourself. Upon completion of your kitchen, you will know exactly where to find your cookware, service ware, glasses, etc. 

Do I need to be present at all times to supervise?
Once you have completed the walk through with our staff, you are free to go on about your business, whether at home or out. Our staff is completely bonded and insured, so your belongings are always in good hands.

How much can be unpacked in one day?
The extent of service depends on the number of un-packers you request as well as the size of your home and number of boxes. Our goal, at the very least, is to accomplish the basics necessary for you to function in your home on your first night there.
